This local family of steakhouses wanted to compete against some of the more well-known, national chains. Much to their surprise, we told them that a photo of a juicy filet wouldn’t do the trick. Rather, we showed them a campaign featuring exactly the opposite: an empty plate. Customers showed up in droves.
